With 19 years of experience in property management, Ashanti Sturkey-Coleman is faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute and a Certified Learning & Development Specialist. She strives to empower others through education and knowledge and aims to craft impactful training programs that inspire growth.  

In addition to her work as a facilitator and owner at Trained Up LLC where she dedicates time to recruiting and mentoring the next generation of property management professionals, she is the acting Director of Professional Development for Renewing Management where her passion for nurturing talent fuels her mission to uplift and guide aspiring leaders in the industry.
